Starting her career as a dancer, Keren was introduced to Pilates following an injury. She has been teaching Pilates and observing bodies move since 1998, and holds a Pilates Teaching Certification from the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
She has trained extensively in Israel and NYC, and ran a successful Pilates studio in her native Tel Aviv for 10 years. She now teaches from her home studio in Putney.
Keren's huge experience and knowledge has transformed my understanding of Pilates in the last year; not only in how my body looks but how I move and feel. I could not recommend her more highly – not only for those who have just started Pilates but also those who have been going to classes for years. New clients, regardless of prior training, begin with three private 60 minute classes.
These sessions are used to assess your posture, to get to know your body, and to create the foundations of your Pilates programme.
After completing your private sessions, you are invited to join a semi-private class of up to three people only, while maintaining your individualised programme.
The small group environment enables you to continue receiving the personal attention needed to progress in an affordable way and your programme is updated as your needs and level skill change.
